KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process potential clients’ inquiries (Leads) assigned from Admin
- Actively reach out for new customers & extend clients list from various sources outside of the company
- Establish trust-based relationships with clients to deliver services
- Collect client database and fulfill the Customer Relationship Management system
- Provide consultancies and solutions compatible with clients’ needs
- Issue Quotation & Invoice compatible with consultancies; and make service orders
- Provide supports and resolve issues arising between customers and stakeholders involved with

Orders
- Provide instructions of payment & Inform any service fee/ policy updates to the clients
- Follow up & Remind clients with email and/or social media platform
- Make Weekly Profit Report
- Make Monthly Customer Report (quantity of leads & inquiries)
- Other duties requested by the Sales Manager.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Communication skills including negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other travel related software
- Fluent in English communication skills (writing and speaking)

KEY KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- At least 2 years of experience
- Experience in travel and working with foreigners are big pluses
- Skills in document preparation and management
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Persuasive, active listening, good communication and building business relationships
- Dynamic, creative and ability to work under pressure
