Responsibilities:
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests' tables
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive dining experience for guests
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and team members
- Cash handling experience is a plus
- Must have a friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality
