Assistant Manager


 

Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient store performance
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Help create and implement strategies to meet sales targets and increase profitability
- Train and supervise staff members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Assist with scheduling, payroll, and budgeting tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Collaborate with the manager to develop marketing initiatives to attract new customers

Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Strong market knowledge and understanding of customer preferences
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to effectively communicate with diverse customers
- Experience in budgeting, payroll, and clerical tasks is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with store management software and systems
- Strong organizational skills to maintain inventory accuracy and store cleanliness
- Leadership abilities to motivate and guide team members
